Hate to pay your bills because there just doesn’t seem to be enough time for everything? Bills are late because you forgot their due date?   Everyone has them, but not everyone has the time or the office personnel to take care of them. 

 Let us take care of this for you.  For a small monthly fee and per check charge, we will enter your information as received and then pay the bills as they are due or at your direction.  You will be provided with an up to date summary of all outstanding bills and their due date.  You retain all of the control while we do all of the work for you.

Here is how it works:          

Weekly:  We will pickup or you can drop off your invoices and statements.  We will then enter them into our computer system and provide you with a list of all outstanding bills and their due date. This can be e-mailed to you or faxed for your convenience.  You then tell us what you want paid.  The checks are then prepared for your signature and mailing.  We provide any necessary envelopes and postage if you choose.
          Monthly:  We can pay all of your repetitive bills such as rent, insurance, loan payment, etc.
