IPS has partnered with the Go DIRect program to better serve our customers associated under the Texas DIR contract. This allows customers to purchase items directly from a DIR-contracted vendor, such as ourselves. Our website offers special product and pricing information for such affiliated parties allowing them to send purchase orders (with the DIR contract number attached) and payments directly to IPS rather than through the DIR. This streamlines the order process assisting customers in receiving their products and services more quickly.

IPS Cabling System Warranty

IPS provides a product warranty for telecommunications cabling systems that utilize authorized IPS products and qualified cable and are designed and installed by Authorized IPS Designers and Installers in accordance with IPS specifications. Systems using Qualified Cable are covered for a period of 15 years by the manufacturer from the date of completed installation.

Any movements, additions, changes (MACs), or reductions are to be undertaken solely by IPS. This will assure our work will perform to the IPS standards. Having any other vendor perform MACs to our existing cabling renders IPS’ warranty null and void.
